Payment, Refunds and Claims

1. Price confirmation

Website prices are starting prices. Before work starts, the customer is informed of the final or estimated price where it can be assessed without disassembly or advanced diagnostics.

2. Payment methods

Payment is accepted in AMD by cash, bank transfer or another agreed method. Prepayment may be required for large, call-out or custom orders.

3. Custom work

Keys and chips cut, programmed or adapted for a specific object or vehicle usually cannot be reused for another order. Refunds for such work are available if there is a provider-caused defect or another mandatory legal ground.

4. How to submit a claim

• contact us by phone or messenger listed on the website
• provide the order date, service type and issue description
• attach photo or video if it helps understand the issue
• avoid self-repair if it may alter or damage the result of the work

5. Consumer rights

These rules do not limit mandatory consumer rights under Armenian law. If the law provides broader customer rights, the mandatory legal provisions apply.
