1. Parties and acceptance
Provider: ՂՈՒԼՅԱՆ ԳՈՌ ՆՎԵՐԻ ИП, KeyMaster.am brand. Customer: an individual or legal entity requesting a service.
The offer is accepted when the customer submits a request, confirms the order by phone or messenger, hands over a key/lock/object for work or pays for the service.
2. Services
- making and duplicating regular keys
- car keys, chip keys, smart keys, key fobs and programming
- intercom, RFID/NFC chips, barrier and gate remotes
- safe keys, complex locks, lost or broken key work
- diagnostics and call-out service by prior agreement
3. Price, timing and payment
Prices on the website are indicative or starting prices. Final price and timing are confirmed before work starts, depending on key type, vehicle, lock, programming complexity, consumables and possible call-out.
Payment is made in AMD by cash, bank transfer or another agreed method. Bank details are published in the Contact section.
4. Lawful authorization and refusal
Vehicle opening, lost key recovery, access to closed objects and similar work are performed only after ownership or lawful authorization is confirmed.
The provider may refuse work if confirmation is insufficient, information is false or inconsistent, the order may violate law or safety, or the required tool, code or part is not lawfully available.
5. Quality, warranty and risks
The provider performs work with professional care and checks the result where technically possible. Warranty covers defects in the performed work caused by the provider.
Warranty does not cover natural wear, damaged locks, poor-quality customer-supplied parts, batteries, water/impact damage, pre-existing vehicle electronic issues or customer misuse.
6. Cancellation, refunds and claims
An order may be cancelled before work starts. If diagnostics, call-out, part ordering or custom production has already been performed, the provider may charge actual costs and the completed part of work.
If a service defect is found, the customer should contact the provider as soon as possible with a description, order details and photo/video where applicable. Claims are reviewed under Armenian law and these terms.
7. Liability and disputes
The parties are liable within the limits provided by Armenian law and these terms. The provider is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or consequences of incorrect customer information unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Disputes are first handled through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the laws of the Republic of Armenia apply and the dispute is resolved by competent Armenian authorities or courts.
